When becoming a client of Victoria Rose Aesthetics, you agree to abide by our Cancellation Policy & Terms of Business.
If it is required, it is your responsibility to book a patch test at least 48hrs prior to your treatment. The appointment will be automatically cancelled 48hrs prior if you have not had a patch test.
It is your responsibility to book your 14-day review for Anti- wrinkle injections, it is a requirement a review is on the 14th Day, after 14 Days, anti-wrinkle top ups are unavailable.
Victoria Rose Aesthetics reserves the right to raise, modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that our maximum standards of service and quality is met. All our treatment and packages prices are correct at the time of publication.
We will endeavour to respond to your e-mail & message enquires within 48 hours wherever possible.
If you are running late you may have your treatment rearranged to avoid inconvenience caused to other clients on our schedule. If you are more than 15 Minutes late, we will not be able to carry out your service if the therapist’s following appointment is taken, you will be charged 100% of your service cost, deposits will not be refundable.
Please note the remaining balance will be required on the day of treatment.
We operate a no refunds, no cancellations and non-transferable to another person or date policy.
Severe circumstances may be taken into consideration if you are physically unable to make your appointment. If you may have an emergency or health issue, we can review your appointment if you contact the clinic directly, as soon as possible.
Coronavirus
We have, and continue to work hard to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, please follow the clinic and the governments guidelines set in-place to ensure you are satisfied and comfortable in the clinic.
If you show ANY symptoms of Coronavirus – please do not hesitate to request the cancellation or the reschedule your appointment. The safety of our staff and clients are of our upmost importance.
In the interest of health and safety and comfort of all our clients please only arrive at the time of your appointment and not too early, this is to avoid unnecessary crowding in the waiting areas.
In the interest of health and safety and comfort of all our client’s children, friends and family are not permitted on the premises unless necessary.
(then once we know the guidelines and our own ways of working, we can add into here? OBV you’ll have these elsewhere but thought it would be good to have in T&C’s too?)
The Following Terms Apply to All Appointments Made
Where possible all bookings are only to be made via Victoria Rose Aesthetics booking system and will require a £1.50 booking fee. This booking fee is paid directly to Phorest and not Victoria Rose Aesthetics. Victoria Rose Aesthetics does not personally access these booking fees therefore cannot refund if you cancel your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment the £1.50 booking fee is lost, however, if the appointment is re-scheduled this can be transferred over to the next appointment.
If booked offline/at the clinic a 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure your appointment time.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can do this via the online booking link up until 48 hours before. If you reschedule online, you will not lose your booking fee however it will be lost if the appointment is cancelled. £1.50 is non-refundable via Victoria Rose Aesthetics. As stated in the Coronavirus section above, uncontrollable circumstances may be reviewed if you contact the clinic immediately.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If booked via the online booking system this fee will be taken from the card you booked with automatically. If this transaction fails, or you did not pay a booking fee, you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost before any new appointments can be made with any therapist at Victoria Rose Aesthetics.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or you fail to show to your appointment, 100% of the treatment cost will be take automatically from the card you booked with online. If this transaction fails you will be required to pay 100% of the remaining cost, or if you paid a 50% deposit, you will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the treatment cost before any new appointments can be made with any therapist at Victoria Rose Aesthetics.
If part of a booking is cancelled or changed within the 48 hours notice period, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
How to Cancel or Change Your Appointment
Cancellations should be made either via the online booking system up until 48 hours before after this you can call 01229 480660 between the hours of 9-6 Monday-Saturday. Please be-aware our therapists may be in treatments if your call is not answered immediately.
Gift Vouchers, Pre paid treatments, Offers
Please check expiry date on prepaid treatments or vouchers. Voucher’s that have expired cannot be used.
You need to advise & present the gift certificate or discount voucher at the time of booking and Victoria Rose Aesthetics has the right to reject any booking if the voucher is not presented.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, transferred or duplicated if lost.
If you cancel or reschedule your booking within 48 hours as per the cancellation policy, Victoria Rose Aesthetics has the right to forfeit the gift certificate or voucher.
Vouchers and gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
You can only redeem 1 offer per appointment.
Customers/Visitors
We kindly request all guest to be respectful of each other whilst visiting Victoria Rose Aesthetics. Please refrain from using mobile phones and ensure they are on silent during your visit.
We ask that you keep noise to an agreeable level throughout your time spent with us and ask you do not consume your own food while waiting for your treatment or smoke near the premises.
Payment
The total cost of your booking or product is the price as given upon booking.
A required booking fee of 50% is required to secure your booking if booked offline, your appointment will not be secured until this is paid, no appointment will be held for you.
We do not store/have access to debit card/credit card details, nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
Payments for treatments are to be made in cash, card or finance before leaving our premises. We reserve the right to contact the police for any non-payments.
If using a finance option this needs to be approved and proof shown before attending your appointment or any treatment starting, Victoria Rose Aesthetics withholds the rights to not perform a treatment if this is not provided.
Complaints & Feedback
Your feedback is extremely important to us as it helps us improve and grow. You will receive either a text or email following your appointment to give your feedback which we would appreciate you filling out open and honestly. In the rare case of dissatisfaction, we kindly ask to be notified to allow us the opportunity to look into and rectify your experience and satisfaction levels.

THE TREATMENT PROCESS
Before every treatment clients meet their therapist for a confidential one to one consultation to discuss their specific aims and goals.
All clients will be given an unbiased, open, honest, and realistic treatment plan which will give them time to ask any questions or raise any concerns before a period of cooling off time to consider everything discussed before committing to any services offered.
The service provided by Victoria Rose Aesthetics doesn’t stop after the treatment, full information on aftercare will be provided and your therapist will always be available to answer any questions or concerns during the healing process and follow up appointments will always be made available.
