We accept both cash and card payments in clinic. We also offer finance options through Pretty Face Finance and Zip pay.

You will need to apply for both these finance options before attending your appointment and have clear confirmation before the treatment starts.

You can spread the cost of your treatment in either 3, 6 or 9 monthly instalments. Please be aware this does add on 10% interest on top of the treatment cost. Once you have applied you will receive a confirmation email, this has a link which is clicked after you have received your treatment and when the payments will start. As this is a separate company, any difficulties in applying or paying your remaining balance, you will need to contact them directly.

Zip allows you to pay 25% of the treatment cost on the day, and then 25% on week 2, 4 and 6 post treatment, with no added interest cost. For example if your treatment cost £100, you would pay £25 on the day of your treatment and £25 on week 2, 4 and 6.

Once you have set up a Zip account you will get a credit limit, this is how much you can spend through Zip. When you come to clinic you will be asked to log in to your Zip account, and to generate an “in store code”, this code is then put in to our computers and you will be asked to confirm and approve the amount. Once confirmed the payments will start and be taken automatically on each date. If you have any problems regarding set up or you are unable to make a payment you will need to contact the company separately.

We do not have a Clinic car park however there are a number of public car parks around Ulverston a short walk away. The nearest public car park is behind the clinic at Theatre Street, LA12 7AU. There is also the 20p per hour car park which is a 5 minute walk away at Stockbridge Lane, LA12 7BE. Alternatively, there is limited free parking by the Library, LA12 0BT and free on the road parking for limited times.

If traveling by train, the train station is a short 10 minute walk away from the town centre. There are also regular buses coming to and from Ulverston which are less than 5 minute walk away from the town centre.

Please remember we operate a 48 hours cancellation policy, please cancel or reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible, otherwise we are unable to fill your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment to maintain on schedule for all our clients. Please don’t arrive too early for your appointment, 5 minutes before is sufficient. If you arrive late, we may not be able to compete your entire treatment and you will still be charged at the treatment cost. Please see our full terms and conditions here.

Please arrive alone where possible, we want our clients to feel relaxed. We ask that clients are respectful of each other while in the clinic.

Please be aware if you need a patch test to arrange this at least 48 hours before your treatment.
